The script Delete utility is a File Manipulation script (web baesd file management).
Delete utility is a script that will allow you to dleete files and/or directories from your server, that the server writes and the FTP server complains about you not having permission to delete it.
We wrote that script due to the many times we had encountered that error, but we guess that alot of huamn being will be in need of a script to do just the same thing as we needed it for.
